I own 30 vacant acres near LeRaysville, Bradford County and I am looking for an appraisal company that can do a good job as far as utilizing current lease status < expires in June this year> , activity in the area etc. I am looking to sell with O&G rights.

Any suggestions in finding a good appraiser?
