A friend just sold his aunts 30 acres for $4500/acre to Flatiron.   He called 15 of them and this is the best he could do.    I think he could have done better due to location.  SE Guernsey County.

Did she get paid? Because word on the street is that Flatiron is out of cash and scrambling to get more funding.

Please be very careful, remember they are a business and will try to get u to sell for the lowest amount possible.....I have heard on here some of the mineral rights buyers may be owned by the O+G co's so u know they will lowball u if they can...good luck..
