Heard rumor Gulfport might be bankrupt, what if anything is going on with their wells and leases?

Permalink Reply by Shower Bath on November 14, 2020 at 3:44am    Gulfport filed for bankruptcy on Friday 13 th 2020 in Houston. Better get your lease out and read the bankruptcy provisions if you're leased with them. They will keep operating while being reorganized and should be able to continue to pay royalties. This could take 6 months or more. My guess is that once they have dumped their debt and come out of bankruptcy, they will be taken out by EQT or SWN.
