In case you didn't see or hear some time back, the Utica Window for Oil moved several Counties West to include you folks.

Guess the producers like to keep these things secret and sneak up on the landowners while they are asleep on the porch, to try and get a signature on a bad lease.

How's about signin this here ROW contract so your neighbors can have a well. Ya can't  have a well without a pipeline. Yea just sign right there. That's right. Gotcha!

Not really, we have a law in Ohio that makes using fraud to take a persons right of way a Felony. See the Pipeline Right Of Way topic and write the law down. Believe me, you are going to need it soon enough.
