Don't know for sure but they charge you for the copies I f you go there what unit are you in? They tell me that I am in the degarmo unit and no permits as of yet let me know what you find out not much going on in Brooke county that I can see

I think the link you're looking for is this: https://apps.dep.wv.gov/oog/permitsearch_new.cfm

You'll have to know some of the data about the property you're buying in order to identify it, but you should be able to find information about the units there.
