Buckeye Mineral... Where is the contract?

Signed up my acreage with Buckeye Mineral back in the first  week of November.  Still have not heard from them to sign any contract.  The contract was to be with CHK and a set amount. I Ihave called the Buckeye office twice, with similar response..."I should be getting a contract in about 2 weeks"...but have yet to hear from anyone.

 

Has anyone else that signed up receieved a contract to sign?  Or does anyone have good info on what is going on with that contract?

Most of the acreage is in western Harrison, with 1+ acre in Stark cty.
