Limitations on pad proximity to building?

I'm pretty sure Odnr limits pads to at least 500 feet from a dwelling, but my question in this respect is..does an unoccupied building also count (such a a pole barn) and is there a size limit or restriction?  For instance, would a small outbuilding in the approximate 14 x 20 feet size qualify?  Also, how close will they drill (put in a pad) next to one of those power transmission lines of Ohio Power?  (the ones with the large steel towers?)See More

brat,  I am not an attorney and this is NOT a legal document.  It is only a collection of miscellaneous thoughts, notes and comments of issues that one could consider as part of an overall evaluation of a ROW agreement.  It is for reference only!!  You should consult a qualified attorney when considering an agreement.  Good luck!   Js%20Pipeline%20ROW%20Requirements%20NON-LEGAL%2012-22-13.pdf

Tad, I'm sorry to hear that you missed the most recent KWGD contract window. It appears that others have already provided an appropriate reply to your post. May I ask how many acres you own?
