Tommy D said… zoning really does not matter but I would not want to upset the neighbors. The more industrial and remote the better. We hide them pretty well but there is alot of truck traffic.
I would love a sight in Carroll or Harrison county. Although east of new philly is pretty close.
Tommy D said… i can make an offer either way, if it is direectly on a state route. where is the property located? How much would you sell it for?
I would offer you 2% of gross which means you get paid on every barrel put down the hole. Usually it means about $5,000-$10.000 per month for the landowner. This depends on how the well takes fluids of course.

Al Cramblett said… Paul, much of what you said is good news from my perspective. First off, you're negotiating at a pretty high level with your current oil and gas company. Secondly, you've become savvy and probably have a pretty good idea of what would be fair to all concerned. Good luck to you.
