Columbia Pipeline Group has requested permission to survey on my farm in Center Twp. Rumor is that they will run on the south side of the existing Texas Eastern right of way. It seems to match up with their QuickLink project, which is scheduled to begin construction 2Q15. The Texas Eastern pipeline was put in during WWII and not much money changed hands on that one, due to the National Defense issues. 70 Years later they are still running gas over it.

If I had an Oxford lease, that Eclipse bought, and they came through and offered $ 250.00 an acre, and, an addendum, to the lease, PERSONALLY,  I would take it. It means they are putting together unit's, and if you say NO, They will go around you and leave you set.   FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

That actually sounds like a virus if it stole your contacts and then emailed them from your email program.  I'd look into upgrading your virus protect and running some scans to remove it. No fan of Des, but he was probably a victim of this virus as well.

I got $5,000 per acre and 20% royalties in noble township from Eclipse, got the check about a month ago.

Don't sign a O&G company lease though, at least not without a good O&G attorney looking it over.
