Just checking to see if anyone can give me any info on buffalo hills

I have done some research on Buffalo Hills, it was some time back. what I came away with was the only rights you have is to keep your lot maintained, pay your fees. I don't think you have any ownership beyond that. I would check your deed, I don't  think you have any Mineral Rights.

I had an uncle that was on the board. that was before they wend bankrupt .not sure how the new ownership is set up, but doubt that the lot owners ownership has changed. Good Luck

Donald thank you for the info, this pertaians to the original lots sold back in 1972 and we have been paying the taxes since. The lady i talked to at the court house seemed to think that anyone who has one of the old lots and that have never been in a tax sale may own the minerals.and our deed just says to refer to the original protective covenants,rules, regulations, reservations, restrictions and terms dated dec 8 1972 witch I will be going to the court house to look those up should be intersting. Again thanks for the info
