Permalink Reply by PLOVER on August 26, 2013 at 12:57pm WJ - CHESAPEAKE IS NOW PROBABLY PAYING ME THE WELLHEAD PRICE - ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE USING A COMMON TECHNIQUE, INTIMIDATION WITH ROYALTY PRICING - BUT THE TERMS OF THE LEASE WILL DICTATE THE FINAL OUTCOME. CHESAPEAKE WILL CONTINUE THEIR TACTICS AS LONG AS THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL, AND WHY WOULDN'T THEY? I DO NOT FAULT THEM. WE COWER IN THE FEAR OF THEIR POWER (MONEY), AS WELL WE SHOULD. BUT IN THE U.S.OF A. WE HAVE A CONSTITUTIONALITY THAT MAYBE NO OTHER COUNTRY HAS, AND SO, AFFORDED THIS OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION MET BY CHESAPEAKE IS MY INTENT.
