MY PRICE FOR MAY, 2013 - $3.38 - PAID IN JULY
                        JUNE, 2013 - $2.80 - PAID IN AUGUST

WJ - CHESAPEAKE IS NOW PROBABLY PAYING ME THE WELLHEAD PRICE - ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE USING A COMMON TECHNIQUE,  INTIMIDATION WITH ROYALTY PRICING - BUT THE TERMS OF THE LEASE WILL DICTATE THE FINAL OUTCOME.  CHESAPEAKE WILL CONTINUE THEIR TACTICS AS LONG AS THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL, AND WHY WOULDN'T THEY?  I DO NOT FAULT THEM.  WE COWER IN THE FEAR OF THEIR POWER (MONEY), AS WELL WE SHOULD.  BUT IN THE U.S.OF A. WE HAVE A CONSTITUTIONALITY THAT MAYBE NO OTHER COUNTRY HAS, AND SO, AFFORDED THIS OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION MET BY CHESAPEAKE IS MY INTENT.

$2.80 isn't the wellhead price, it's the tgpz4 price.

BECAUSE WHEN I LITIGATE I WILL USE THIS FIGURE BECAUSE THE LEASE TERMS CLEARLY STATE "AT LEAST" ...

it was $3.92 for me, but you'd have to talk to your neighbors to see what yours was. your price may vary by a few cents.

regarding "at least", that is what you are getting, the least, which is the lower of the 2 which is tgpz4 currently.
