not sure if you are getting any royalties or whom with if you are. Or perhaps you,ve just "heard" about this - I received a letter from shell regarding deduction of post-production costs in determining royalties owed. we have a AMI with ultra and have gotten about 10% less every month from ultra than shell. when we asked ultra why, they said they can make these deductions and do not know why shell does not.In your opinion can we now expect to get 10% less from shell as well?
