percentage ownership vs. percent of gas marketed.

regarding the 4 way j.v. between mep, apc, chk and sto, i was told today in a call to apc that although they own 32% of a well, they are only marketing 21.17%of the gas.

now i need to find out who is marketing the other @79% of the gas and in what percentages.

anyone else looked into this yet?
