We have 5 acres leased to Chesapeake under a Friendsville lease in Litchfield Township (Bradford County, Pa.). Chesapeake wants to delete Sections 5 and 10 dealing with "drainage from wells" on adjacent lands and unitization with other lands. Can someone explain why this is so important to Chesapeake? We were told by Chesapeake they would not let a 5 acre plot hold up their plans.
