Chesapeakes personnel downsizing equals more drilling?

Will the recent downsizing by Chesapeake be good for landowners in regards to more drilling in ohio ?

At one point they had 14-15 rigs running in Ohio. According to recent presentation they have cut that number to 9... So looks like less drilling.
