Hmm... Surprised YOU just happened upon this case. I was given an official copy of it during last meeting with attorneys. Some people have trouble interpeting the subject of a title transaction vs what is a title transaction. Short vs Texaco explains the difference. The notice in the Dodd vs Croskey case did not notify Ermma Croskey or her successors or assigns and that is why the notice failed. :)  Another factor in this case is the people bought their property after 2006 revision.
