Columbia Gas/Hilcorp Amendment

The grapevine is telling me that the Columbia Gas/Hilcorp Amendment is now out and viewable. However, I am a partner in the on-going Columbia Gas lawsuit and therefore was not contacted by HIlcorp. I would very much like to see a copy of this amendment. If the terms are agreeable I may be persuaded to sign on. I was one of the fortunate ones to sign an early lease and receive an upfront bonus. Therefore, I can only benefit from a new and improved contract amendment that would provide better royalties and surface safeguards. Can someone either publish the amendment or at least the highlights from the document.

Hi Mr. Tanker. 

if you are part of the lawsuit, your attorney has the amendment and can share it with you.  You should have received an email or snail mail update on the matter recently.   I can help you with any questions you may have also.  Friend me if needed and then you can send me a private message on this site.

I am not part of the law suit, and have never recieved anything from Hilcorp. was notified of meeting in col. attended meeting, but never heard anything seience.
