Has anyone heard any chatter  with EOG owning EAP's area,   the grove, Sanor and Kitzmiller seemed to have had good results.   Williams pipeline  had got an easement for a "new franklin" connector about a 1.5 year ago and was surveyed and nothing happened with that and Williams had bought some land for a compression station  in Butler/ Hanover township but I hadn't seen anymore with that. in Knox township I've seen INR Ohio pick up a few leases, but cant imagined these are super large parcels

They told me this well is called the north unit because there is also going to be another unit directly to the west and this will be called the south unit but both will be drilled towards the south east. If they even drill towards the northwest, not sure what they will name those units. I dont know for sure but going by the width of the unit, there should be two wells in this unit.

The details of this report are behind a paywall, but interesting...

Ohio’s Utica shale boom ignited around 2011 in northeastern counties, with Carroll County emerging as the epicenter of early drilling. Operators like Chesapeake Energy targeted the oil and liquids-rich “wet gas” windows in Carroll, Columbiana,  Marcellus Drilling News

Any information for the carney pad in Middleton township? It has one lateral drilled in 2012 and graced, but no further activity other than pumping water off of it every quarter.

Looks like the 2 new Grove wells are now online.  Only online 13 days, so we will see next quarter.
