I got a call from shell today. He wants to bring a surveyor and biologist out next week to walk my property and get an idea of where they would like to put in a pipeline. I have two 20 inch Dominion transmission lines running through my property. They are drilling a well (permitted for 7) about two miles to the north of me. I am not currently under lease. What questions should I be asking? Any help will be appreciated.
