I don't care one whit about impact on the big boys, the whales.  I care about Lessors:

For us, it seems to me, this takes off the table Talisman's prior contemplated sale of their pipeline infrastructure.  That's a surmise.  I don't know for certain.

But pipeline sales do not bode well for Lessors.  In the words of Admiral Ackbar:  "It's a trap!"

If this acquisition by Repsol deep sixes the pipeline sales, I see it as a good thing for us, at least in the short run.
