D & L bankruptcy Notice

Just got notice in mail that D&L is going bankrupt and all debtors should come to Youngstown and collect what they owe you. Luckily I'm done with them and have good lease with Chevron  but I'm glad they are done. Anyone leased to them should be released now. Scoundrels they were!

Mike,

Did you get a release of lease ? How.

I have friends who were leased to D&L but could never get a release of lease.

I know they'd like the information.

The lease had clause that released me if company went under. Not sure bout others but I would imagine with a lawyer one could get released under a bankruptcy especially since it was so hard to get any money from them after leasing and their unscrupulous motives and track record.

My company OLM (Ohio Land Management) is interested in talking to anyone with working interest in D&L wells.  OLM is consultants to US Bankruptcy trustees.
