Did anyone else receive a letter from the Ohio Bankruptcy court stating that D&L is filing chapter 11? Ben Lupo should go on the apprentice with his magical management skills!! Just curious I have done some checking around but nothing is really clear yet as to where the advantage lies for a landowner as to proceed to the claim hearing or wait. There may have to be some discrepancy between Ohio court and PA contracts though also. From what I understand as a landowner with one of their leases if you claim status of secured debt then you waive other rights later on down the road. I would just like to be rid of them, plug the well, and be free of any leases what so ever.
