Did Seneca lease the Utica in PA State Forest?

When Seneca leased the Pa State Forest and/or Game Lands, did they lease only the Marcellus or all shales beneath it?  Does anyone know the answer?

This version was meant for the Tioga County forum in Pa alone and it did not end up there.  I do not know what happened.  Sorry.
