Some states do not required you to sign the division order and you will still be paid? Does PA or Ohio require you to sign? I would think you don't want to sign since you are agreeing that your ownership percentage is right. There maybe a mistake and you don't want to take less than what you are truely owed.

Not sure if you are required to sign.
We were getting paid for several months on one of our units before we signed division orders. Only to have to sign new orders all over again when one of our drillers venture partners decided they wanted to market their own gas.
Regardless of some of the statements you see on this forum regarding dishonesty on the part of the gas companies. I will tell you this, there are some honest ones out there as well. A division order analyst at Ultra Resources caught a mistake to our favor on a decimal interest calculation and it was fixed and we were paid the difference since the date of first production.
