Heard Halliburton put Concrete in the well for some reason.. guess that's why no drilling for a few days till concrete hardens...

No activity at Clark well.....at least no oil tankers going out...

A casing cement job most likely. ODNR establishes the curing time & drillers must adhere to this time before allowing the drilling operation to resume.
