How long does it take to drill a well if utica with 3 so far lateral. Also is there a reason that they put a well on the belmont county engineers list rather than list it on the regular list with the other lists?

20 days~ roughly (I see one guy had one drilled in 12).
Permalink Reply by Jim Litwinowicz on April 10, 2014 at 2:40am It may take 15-20 days to drill a well. If they take a lot of core samples it could be longer. But the drilling is just one part of the process. They have to do a lot of other things and the total time will be several months. Start to finish, including a new pad and road, could be 6 - 12 months.
