Drilling Under Ohio River: Court Case; Axiall (Natrium PPG) Gastar and Role Triad Hunter/Magnum Hunter Played

No matter what one's position on to frack or not to frack this happening will give you something to think about.    Axiall as the owner/operator of the former PPG Natrium plant on the Wetzel/Marshall WVcounty  line wanted to prohibit Gastar  from fracking wells.   Axiall contends that Triad Hunter of Magnum Hunter when fracking wells in bordering Monroe County Ohio caused blowout of natural gas in salt wells at Natrium.   Triad's wells near Natrium would be the Ormet pad.  Triad's well is Ormet 3-9H.

Axiall wanted Gastar prohibited from fracking Goudy well.

My question  is will Axiall pursue action against Trial Hunter?

Wow, this has become a mecca of lawyers and court cases.  Nephew is an engineer and has been telling us that his company is working with a company to produce a new type of fracking operation.  It seems as the business of oil and gas grows more find reason to want to halt it. We can surely find ways to co-exist  without always having some issue.  Wishful thinking???
