Eclipse contract very sketchy

My attorney has been negotiating with eclipse and has found quite a few loop holes in there contract, he has requested information on simple language that they will not give him, be very careful when negotiating with them. I am negotiating with them on my own, he asked for clarification on the 20% royalties and the pooling which will not give the option to renegotiate down the road the way they have the contract written, the 20% looks good in the beginning of the contract then contradicts it's self further in, Larry Hess who represents eclipse has told him he will forward the info to them and have them be in touch, that has not happened even after several requests

The unusual terms may be partially blocked by the shadow of earth, it's that way with Eclipse.

It should become clear shortly.
