I was ready to sign up with EdgeMarc in Jan., but all of a sudden, EdgeMarc stopped leasing.  I've had this happen with Shell and XTO also (in Jan. 2012).  After 4 yrs. of this with these gas companies, I still have no lease.  They contact me, I get ready to sign, then they stop signing!  Very aggravating!
