Has anyone had any luck getting Encino to stop taking "production" costs from their revenue checks when they are not in our contracts. And does anyone know if the Kidder Law Firm had done anything to stop Encino from doing this.

i have   an a.l.o.v. contract that they took over from chessapeake and no deductions are being taken out..are you sure about your contract?

The Kidder Law Firm and Arenstein and Andersen, LLC are currently representing a number of landowners in Eastern Ohio regarding this issue.  I understand the lawyers are talking, but no lawsuit has been filed yet.  I'll post when I know more.
