The efficiency of technology using nitrogen and other methods to extract more production both from new wells and previously drilled wells is exciting to learn.....In these days of low oil and natural gas prices and talk of slowing activity in the industry it is encouraging to learn that technology is being developed that will allow increase production is wells previously drilled as well as technology that can produce economically viable drilling in areas previously thought to be less viable.  The gas and oil beneath our feet is not going to evaporite and the technology to extract that gas is becoming more and more viable and will continue to improve as the years go by. Mineral rights will become more and more valuable as this technology improves.  Production and prices will always be subject to volitility but the long term outlook is better and better as technology improves.
