If you read the article,

the first 90 days was favorably to the parker well (5, 816) barrles of oil in 90, after 90 days production fell to half the Parker well. So it appears the material is there, just have to figure out how to keep it flowing.

Could it be that all they have to do is open the valves ?

Just a bit outside Hebron Ohio some Rose Run wells were drill in the early 2000s. One of which produced 43,000 bbls the first year and is still in production  but of course it has dropped off dramatically now. These wells were VERTICAL wells and fracking was by the tradition techniques used back then. With the latest techniques used in seismic mapping. drilling and fracking it would be my guess that when the dust settles, the small producers that are holding leases by HBP are eliminated then the biggies will come to roost.

Billy I believe the well Gary C. is talking about is north of Alexandria and an offset to the record breaking cgas well. It had an IP of 600bbls a day and produced over 100,000bbls of oil in the first year. Lots of interest in the Lobdell Oilfield again all the sudden. EVEP, Knox Energy, David R Hill Inc to name a few.
