I was wanting your comments and opinions. I will be adding road repair and fencing across the ROW as an addendum. What type of fencing should I require? I'm sure they will try to put up the cheapest barbed wire fence and posts available. I want treated wood posts and steel strand fencing or roll fencing. I would also require a gate. What about road repair? They will use limestone. How do I make sure it's applied thick and they don't go 'el cheapo ' on me? With all the activity on my land, my once secure property isn't so secure anymore due to trees being cut down and ROW's being put in.

ROVER'S LANDSMEN HAVE REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY 2 ADDENDUM'S THAT WILL PROTECT US IN THE FUTURE.. THEIR CONTRACT READS THAT THEY ARE ONLY PUTTING IN ONE PIPE; BUT WHEN I ADDED AN ADDENDUM TO THE CONTRACT REQUESTING PAYMENT FOR ANY FUTURE PIPES IN THE RIGHT OF WAY, THEY REFUSE TO INCLUDE THAT IN THE CONTRACT..
MOST LANDSMEN ARE RUTHLESS PEOPLE, AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT.. I AM DEALING WITH A LANDSMAN THAT'S WORKING FOR ROVER PIPELINE; HIS ATTITUDE IS THIS: IF YOU DON'T SIGN NOW FOR WHAT WE ARE OFFERING, WE WILL TAKE YOUR LAND BY EMINENT DOMAIN AND YOU WILL ONLY GET WHAT THE COURT ALLOWS, LESS YOUR ATTORNEY FEES!!
THERE HAS BEEN SIX DIFFERENT LANDSMEN SEND ME A CONTRACT, ALL FROM ROVER; THE LAST ONE WAS THEIR, "RIGHT OF WAY MANAGER.." HE WAS THE RUDEST OF THE LOT!!
IT SEEMS THAT ROVER WILL HAVE THEIR WAY REGARDLESS OF WHAT WE WANT, AS THE PIPELINE IS GOING THROUGH MY 198 ACRES, FOR "THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE;" ANYWAY MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH THIS MAN WAS NOT GOOD AND I AM CERTAIN I WILL BE HAULED INTO FEDERAL COURT TO DEFEND MY PROPERTY RIGHTS.. (WHAT A JOKE)
MY PROPERTY IS IN ATHENS TWP. HARRISON COUNTY, OHIO..
ROVERS CONTRACT HAD 17 STIPULATIONS, ALL ABOUT PROTECTING THEIR INTEREST, AND NOTHING ABOUT PROTECTING MINE!!
