For the landowners interest, I hope that you are right.
In going to the map at http://www2.dnr.state.oh.us/website/dog/oilgasviewer/index.html I see two wells permitted by Oxford Oil in 2011 in Wayne Twp, Belmont County on land owned by the Steeds. However, the well pads are ALSO located on their property, which means that forced unitization would not really be applicable, I don't think.
permit mentions a lease with Helen Steed....
They own several parcels. It could be one of the other parcels.
You in Pa or Ohio? If Pa thank our so-called conservative, gov that keeps trying to write unconstitutional laws to take what is not theirs. I want to know how people feel about party because I do believe in conservative spending and keeping government from ruining lives but the repub power structure we have today has never been about that. Both parties have some good ideas we need to get back to having some common sense though.
I am working on law to repair country in 2016. What you have now is a federal civil rights case under USC 42 sect 1983 they are overriding your rights to the U.S. Constitution and laws of your state. I can tell you I have worked with gov over 25 years and we are in bad shape with more bad laws emerging every day. I'd like to see a third party and am a candidate for President in 2016 this time I expect to have the money and tour the country attacking crooked politicians. Mineral rights laws need changed I got it strait from the horse's mouth people are told to run these wells into the ground and spend no money not even 13 dollars fixing one. They don't care about production its all stock market games.
Also found range well tender told them drill conventional wells as they come online for 80 grand total not 8 million like deep well during the W boom of 12.00 gas people were getting 4400.00 plus month un-unitized
read my post on the other page. i see your in Ohio now in PA we have a governor problem

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
