Forced Pooling still illegal in West Virginia

Wheeling News-Register Feb 24 states that the W. Va O/G trade group may not push for forced pooling legislation as they have in the past.  "Too many landowners have concerns about losing their ability to negotiate better lease deals from the gas companies".
