The anti fossil fuel crowd have waited five long years for a report from the EPA on hydraulic fracturing, "fraking".
They told anyone who would listen that this would be the definitive study and would prove what a danger fracturing was to drinking water sources across the nation. Low and behold - the EPA "dissed" them. The results were quite the opposite.
From the summary of the report - "...hydraulic fracturing activities have not led to widespread, systematic impacts to drinking water resources."
