The venue has a limited seating capacity , about 600.
I have already heard from about 200 people.
We will also be having a picnic/meet and greet prior to the film.
I'd like to know how much food to have on hand.

I forgot to mention the venue is an outdoor theater. So this will be like being at the drivein.
The start time is about five. The film will begin at dark.
Food willconsist of hamburgers, hotdogs, BBQ Beef and BBQ chicken sandwiches. Sides.

Was planning on bringing my family - maybe three or four. Sure hope there is a good turnout. There is so much more to for us all to learn about O/G in this area. Is this a "bring a covered dish event"? Or do you have food "handled"? Thanks again.
