Gas & Oil Lease in Wetzel County West VA

I am looking for an attorney in Wetzel County WV. My father received a lease via mail from HG Energy LLC stating he had interest in property they want to dig on.

Does anybody else on this forum own property on or near the Yolo Farm?

Does anybody know anything about the Criswell's and the Yolo Farm?
