In W Pa the odd numbers have been going NW and the even numbers SSE. If there is an 8H well permit that would mean they plan on drilling up to 8 wells on one pad, not necessarily all in a timely fashion. A 10H well permit would mean up to 10 possible wells on one pad. A 3H permit doesn't mean there won't be an 8H well permitted later for the same pad. Each well will have its own permit in PA.
