Got a Letter From Caffey.

I got a letter from Caffey Group yesterday. They want to talk about leasing my land. No offer, just cantact by mail. Has anyone had any dealings with them?

Looks like they are probably acquiring leases for a larger O&G company. Call and ask who they are leasing for.

I also received a letter but i already have a 10 year old vertical well and lease with D&L energy so why am I getting a letter?

They probably did a mass mailing to all property owners over a certain acreage.  They figure people that are HBPd will self select out.

East central Mercer County. (Stoneboro) Another neighbor received one with an offer of $2000/acre. Turned it down.

Mark,

     We have a group now and are ready to deal. Caffey is too low as you said. We are shooting for 3000 + 17% or higher. Will let you know who and what offers are made.
