I got a letter from Caffey Group yesterday. They want to talk about leasing my land. No offer, just cantact by mail. Has anyone had any dealings with them?

I also received a letter, I'm in Findley Township.

We have a group now and are ready to deal. Caffey is too low as you said. We are shooting for 3000 + 17% or higher. Will let you know who and what offers are made.
