Permalink Reply by CL on February 1, 2012 at 5:44am I talked with Caffey and they said they were not interested in any existing leases that had wording such as all sub surface strata. Also said they were aquiring land for "Halcon"

I would stay clear of Caffey Group! They just flip land. Shell will be back by spring with Chevron not far behind. This whole process is going to take time. (3to5yr) Dont get in a hurry!!!
