yup............lots of activity going on there.............

Yup but no ones talking

Yup...............Jackson and Center Township is in Greene Co.

Have a well in Springhill Twp. With Chesp. They say it's producing 150,000 mcf a day I own 9 acres in a 870 acre unit my royality is 17.5%. Can anyone give me a estimate of what my royalties will be like ? What is the well head going for.

David, I am in that same chk springhill twp. who told you or how did you find out the 150.000 mcf aday number? I talked to chk today but the girl I spoke with couldn't tell me much except we should be getting division orders by March. That it went on line in Sept. but I knew that I visited the well first week in Oct. Donna Sellers

I am not sure. I dont know the price at the wellhead. I have a well in greene county. Has been producing since 2011. We have signed two leases with Rice at $5000 an acre and 18% royalty. The 90 day period for the signing bonus expires in March. Did you find when, you signed with cheasepeake that they made payment by the date they promised, for the signing bonus?
They did within the 120 day period
Does the 90 day period begin when the lease is recorded at the couthouse or when I signed and notarized it? I know I am only to count business days.
It was 120 days from when we signed the lease but they have to have all the leases signed if there is one or more lease holders. We all went together to DPS Penn and signed in the office it was 120 days to the day that we got the check

Thanks for the info. There are 11 of us on the lease. and we are scattered in Virginia , Pennsylvania and Washington state. I have two sisters and the rest are cousins. We all signed in Nov. except for one cousin in Washington state. I don't know why he hasn't   signed, perhaps it was because of the sloppy job another company did with the lease. The lady at Rice explains that it happens all the time and will let us know if it would hold things up. I just feel better having everything in. Debbie

We have a property leased with Rice also Kris Hancock told us 100% of the leases has to be signed before the 120 days start they will tell you they pay quicker but it's a bunch of crap.

I found it very interesting when you said that no one is talking. When I went back in Oct. to see where the parcel s were I got to meet the landowners. They were very friendly down to earth people. They welcomed me into their homes, and the high point was sitting in my great grandfathers house. They gave me a lot of information, but new questions arose which are slowly ( through my research)  are being answered. It is a  real drawback not living back there. When I met with the landowners there were glances that made me feel as if they knew more than they were letting on. I guess we will just have to shell out the bucks and get an attorney. My feeling is that there is more back there than they are letting on. I understand there are people living there but if my great grandfather hadn't lived there and bought the land and reserved the minerals, no one would be getting anything. I want everyone to benefit from this, so I just wish they would more open. Thanks for listening.   Debbie
