Recently I have been getting phone calls and lease offers from Gulfport Energy for property we own in Belmont County outside of St.Clairsville. They claim that our property is needed for a drilling unit they are preparing north of St.Clairsville.
I know a lot of people around us signed with XTO a few years ago when they were really signing in Belmont County. Has anyone heard of Gulfport preparing for activity in Richmond or Colerain townships of Belmont County or are they just trying a scare tactic?
