Ha anyone been approached to sign an addendum to a Red Hill lease?

Was wondering if anyone else had been approached and what their feelings are on the addendum.

It's a sucker bet.

I guess if you had any doubt it makes it clear what kind of company they are to deal with.  Little late in the game to try this type of approach.

pinehill,

Of course I have not seen the document but these are usually for the benefit of the company and the detriment of the landowner. I wouldn't sign it, at least not unless you get something in return.

Depends on what they are offering you in return for signing.

Addendums will be required.

Red Hill probably wants your signature for free......not heard of them being too landowner friendly

$100/acre is the price.  That's it.

Marcus,

How generous
