Harrison/Jefferson offer

Thought this would be of interest to some.  Being one of those caught in a $5/acre deal 5 years ago (who had heard of Marcellus back then?), I can only view these news bits with bemusement.

Looks promising. The signing company which happens to be Marquette still has 120 days to determine which parcels they may or may not want. However, for the owners whose properties are desirable the money is better than what has been paid in Harrison and Jefferson counties.
