The Saudis have been keeping crude prices low by maintaining production.  First sign that they may be reaching a limit is that they are going to sell bonds to raise money.  Some $27 billion.

Will this have an affect on crude prices? Will it affect local drilling activity?

Thinking it wouldn't be such a hot idea for domestic (U.S.A.) investors to buy into them as it would seem to me to be 'anti' / counter our own (U.S.A.) domestic o & g development.

All it does is help non-allied (to the U.S.A.) S. A.

Where is the sense in that tact ?

"Have the Saudis reached their limit?"
