High offers to buy minerals

I have been hearing of companys offering $12000, $13000 even $15000/ acre to buy mineral rights. So far I haven't been able to find out who is making these offers. If you've received an offer in this range could you please tell me who made it? Thanks.

OVER THE SUMMER I GOT ONE LETTER A WEEK FROM JRS ROYALTIES THE LAST OFFER WAS 16,000 AN ACRE STOPPED GETTING THEM WHEN PRICE OF GAS DROPPED

caution....we had an offer last august from a Pioneer ...out of Moon

they made an offer of 15,000 put it in writing and we signed   then the deal went south

so be very careful   and even if signatures occur, hold your breath

check out the background   but we were in Jeff Co...I think in Noble, certain parts of Guernsey and Belmont ...Carrollton you will see such rates for purchases that are legit

I wonder if Madison Township in Guernsey county, is paying the higher price for mineral rights...just curious...

I think everybodys interest is 12.5 or higher......most of the new ones is higher, ours that is HBP is 12.5 and has been since 1978......when this first started we heard Madison township was a hot spot, but now there are a lot of hot spots and a lot of rumors.....so I know the higher they pay it is supposed to be the better spots...so I was just wondering...I will tuck that number away....thanks

B Ayers, bounty is having an informational meeting at microtel motel in st clairsville today. Any time after 4pm til about 730 and again next week at salt fork.

Mine is in Madison Twnp I only have 1.67 acres and was offered 11,00 tonight for it, for them to buy the mineral rights just wondering if that's a good price most of them don't want just 1.67 Acres I am finding out.
