I was quite shocked today. I got my property tax bill from the Marshall County, WV assessors office. The tax due went from a few hundred dollars last year to well over $6000 on my current bill. I'm getting royalties from gas, but this huge increase is ridiculous. Has anyone else received such a huge increase? Everyone has their hand out for their share. I have to check into this to see why the outrageous increase. I figured the tax would go up, but this is crazy. It's highway robbery at it's finest !!!
