How soon do you know if you are in a well unit?

Just wondering…there are several wells going up around our property (Pulaski) how soon do you get notified if your close enough to be in the well unit? Thanks...

10091 west calla..salem,oh...behind my property i pad is in place...off rt.45..the maller property//any help i would welcome for....
