I Have Approx 4acres of property that runs right up to and along the Mingo Junction, OH Water Plant fence. I assume it is probably not a good Idea  or legal to drill a gas or oil well that close to a Municipal water supply, but can anyone confirm that? Also  I was wondering if it would be of any value to a water hauling Co. to stage water trucks for drilling, since the plant is located on the Rt.7 exit beside the Steel Mill. It would only take about 40ft of pipe to be in the plant building. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
